Course Change for Club Duathlon Champs 31 July 2011

The club duathlon champs willnow be run from the Wither Hills Farm Car Park. For the first time there will be a small size race for the kids. Yes, this will be a long way for little legs but this is the Club Champs and its meant to be harder!

Entry

Students – $5.00

Adults – $20.00

Adult Members MTMSC – $15.00

$100 prize sponsored by Reidie Cycles drawn at the end after a brief prize giving. You must be there to claim the prize.

OPTIONS:

LONG DISTANCE

10k run, 35 k bike, 5 k run (all distances are approx)

1. Run – car park towards Quail car park and then further along track toWeld Street(cone) and return. Then repeat.

2. Ride – upTaylorPassto just before the gravel (cone), back to roundabout and repeat.

3. Run – car park along track toWeld Street(cone) and return. Once only.

MEDIUM DISTANCE

5k run, 17 k bike, 2.5 k run

1. Run – car park along track toWeld Street(cone) and return. Once only.

2. Ride – upTaylorPassto just before the gravel (cone), back to roundabout. Once only.

3. Run – car park along track to Quail car park and return. Once only.

KIDS

2.5k run, 10 k bike, 1.25 k run

1. Run – car park along track to Quail car park (cone) and return. Once only.

2. Ride – upTaylorPassto just before the bridge (cone), back to car park. Once only.

3. Run – car park along track to half way to the Quail car park (cone on the fence line) and return. Once only.

 Registration: 9.30am, Briefing: 9.45am, Start: 10.00am

 You compete at your own risk. Roads not closed.
