Bike Fit Marlborough Winter Duathlon Series

The Bike Fit Marlborough Winter Duathlon series kicks of at the Farm Park on May 6. Club events are open to people of all abilities. If you did the recent Go Marlborough mens or womens event at the Farm Park you will be familiar with the course. You are able to use any kind of bicycle.

The 6 May event will be run on a standard basis but with times recorded so the 24 June race can be done on handicap. After this stay tuned for some developments with regard to racing.

We have listened to the survey results with many liking the idea of a bit of variety so with this in mind we are planning on things such as: a pick and mix race (basically a team race with names drawn from a hat on the day as to who is in your team); a mountain bike option within a standard race; then later a mountain bike only race and so on.

Start and Finish for all races: Wither Hills Car park.

Entry Fee: Children/ Students: $2; Adults: $15; Members MTMSC: $10
